Responsibilities
As a General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant’s Meatcraft® and will help the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. From local store marketing to helping reach sales and profit goals, you will be responsible for ensuring your restaurant delivers top meats.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
- Proven record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Backgrounds in all areas welcome.
