Senior General ManagerA private equity backed commercial contractor is looking to add a senior General Manager in the HVAC, Controls, Retrofit, and Energy space to their team in Washington DC metro market. Relocation assistance available.Job Duties and Responsibilities:$50MM+ P&L responsibilityTurnkey project leadershipResponsible for oversight of both sales and operations for the Baltimore/DC metro area business unit to achieve personnel and company revenue growth goalsWill work with all aspects of the organization to ensure satisfactory job completion as well as revenue goalsMust work effectively with internal stakeholders, ownership team, clients, strategic partners, and the functional groups within companyConsistently demonstrate professional credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment by modeling the company valuesEducation Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent sales/management experience necessaryDemonstrate proficiency in the MS Office suiteMBA PreferredExperience Qualifications:5+ years of relevant experienceRequires experience with mechanical/controls service and maintenance projects, P&L Management, and a proven ability to grow an already successful mechanical service businessMust have sales leadership experience at the owner direct levelMust have a "hunter" mentality to grow the locationStrong communication skillsExceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solvingBenefits Offered:Base salary target 150 – 175k+ and Bonus based on success of territory (flexible for the right person)Healthcare Benefits / Retirement Plan
