Job Overview
General Manager will oversee a profitable restaurant, ensuring that the establishment meets McDonald's Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. The GM works closely with the culinary and corporate leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Department Managers and Shift Managers.
- Establish and track departmental performance, providing coaching and direction.
- Oversee hiring, developing, and scheduling of department and shift staff.
- Ensure compliance with corporate operating procedures and regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
- Strong background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality, or retail.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
