General ManagerThe General Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for the operations and overall performance of ND Packaging's Langhorne, PA facility. This role is actively engaged on the plant floor, working closely with stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. The GM will drive execution with uncompromising servant leadership, and direct involvement in problem-solving, workflow optimization, and team development with a strong focus on safety and compliance is critical, leading by example to promote a culture where safety and accountability are the top priorities.This position is accountable for meeting production schedules, maintaining high quality standards, and achieving cost and efficiency targets while driving continuous improvement to enhance productivity and reduce waste in a start-up environment. The GM plays a key role in building an engaged workforce by coaching frontline leaders, reinforcing expectations, and promoting clear communication across all levels of the plant.
