Job Description
- Oversee the overall performance
- Drive key plant performance metrics including quality, on-time delivery, and production efficiency for specialty vehicle builds
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute the production schedule and manage inventory levels
- Serve as a floor-driven leader, maintaining a hands-on presence approximately 70% of the time to ensure rapid vehicle turnaround
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing a team of people in a production or manufacturing environment
- Open to various manufacturing processes including welding, fabrication, and assembly
