General Manager – Southeast Wisconsin Business

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain focus on strategic priorities while balancing daily operational demands.
  • Oversee daily operations across sales, operations, finance, administration, and client management.
  • Ensure operational consistency, accountability, and alignment with company standards and expectations.
  • Drive performance through scorecards, goals, and measurable outcomes.
  • Improve client satisfaction, retention, and NPS performance.
  • Build operational systems and processes supporting sustainable long‑term growth.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of financial statements, profitability, labor management, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure responsible stewardship of company resources and financial performance.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with employees, clients, independent contractors, vendors, and community partners.
  • Represent the company professionally within the Milwaukee business community.
  • Strengthen partnerships contributing to long‑term organizational success.

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, business management, sales leadership, or general management.
  • Proven success leading high‑performing teams in a growth‑oriented environment.
  • Strong operational, organizational, and financial management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship‑building abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence under pressure.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to execute tactically.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability in fast‑paced environments.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software (CRM, ERP).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.

Physical Demands

Prolonged sitting, standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting up to 70 pounds. Occasional local travel and outdoor work may be required.
