General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the highest standards of service in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, hospitality, and staff management. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, fostering a positive work environment, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
• Oversee staff training and development programs to enhance team performance and service quality.
• Implement food handling procedures to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while optimizing resource allocation.
• Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional growth.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels and supplier relationships to ensure timely procurement of goods.
• Coordinate events and special functions to maximize revenue opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the food industry or hospitality sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen operations is essential.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role is a plus.
