Stars and Strikes Entertainment Center is seeking a highly motivated management candidate who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast‑paced, growing family entertainment center. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, energetic individual with a passion for guest service and a willingness to learn everything about our business.

This General Manager position is responsible for supervising the operations of the designated location and management team, and has the opportunity to make a true impact on the business. The General Manager will oversee the store while leading the team and driving sales growth for one of the fastest growing Family Entertainment Centers in the country.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2 or more years of experience in general management
  • Experience in a high‑volume environment
  • Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is a plus
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively within a group
  • Develops rapport, trust, and open communication that enhances the growth and job performance of direct reports
  • Conflict management skills
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of the products and services of the company
  • Ability to stay organized and multi‑task in a professional and efficient manner
  • Attention to detail and follows instructions
  • Establishes goals and works toward achievement
  • Knowledge of human resource management and the ability to manage personnel relating to hiring, training, development, motivation, retention, and separation

Essential Duties:

  • Work with direct reports to develop and implement action plans that will improve operating results
  • Develop location‑based goals and initiatives to support business strategy and achieve corporate goals
  • Understand and be accountable for adherence to core standards, HR policies, training, and safety requirements
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
  • Work closely with corporate staff to implement revenue‑driving initiatives
  • Coordinate with direct reports in the recruitment and interviewing of applicants
  • Advise direct reports regarding the advancement, discharge, or discipline of store personnel
  • Ensure the training, development, and performance of the team’s staff to retain a motivated, professional workforce that achieves their career objectives
  • Plan and conduct regularly scheduled meetings with direct reports
  • Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to their team to assure mutual understanding of desired results
  • Daily and weekly travel is required
