Job Responsibilities
- Increase sales
- Build and develop the team

- Reconcile P&L statements
- Deliver excellent customer service and leadership

- Foster a total customer experience culture
- Identify problems and coach staff to solve them
- Consistently provide a high level of service and hospitality
- Motivate crew to exceed customer expectations and drive sales through hospitality and service
- Assist the team to achieve positive sales and profit trends
- Adhere to all cash‑handling policies and procedures
- Gain proficiency in all cafeteria operations (sandwiches, smoothies, specialty drinks and prep)
Required Experience
- Make sound business decisions in uncertain situations
- Demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills
- Show a broad knowledge of and passion for food
- Respond to opportunities with a sense of urgency
- Be technically proficient with MS Office Suite
Position Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- Minimum 2 years in the food industry
- Must pass a background check and drug screen, paid for by CC Holdings
