The Jericho Group Consultants, LLC is conducting a confidential search for an experienced General Manager to lead the operations and financial performance of a well-established commercial laundry and linen services facility in Indianapolis, Indiana.
This is a high-visibility leadership role for an experienced General Manager, Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Production Manager, or senior manufacturing leader ready to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead overall plant operations and P&L performance
• Manage production, maintenance, customer service, quality, and HR
• Drive productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Develop and retain a high-performing team
• Ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
• Establish performance metrics and accountability
• Maintain strong safety, training, and compliance programs
• Support labor and union relations when applicable
• Lead strategic initiatives and business objectives
Ideal Background
• 5+ years of management experience
• Strong plant, production, operations, manufacturing, or service leadership
• Commercial laundry, linen, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial experience
• Proven P&L and financial management experience
• Strong leadership and employee development skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Union/labor relations experience preferred
