Location: Houston, TX

Pay Rate: $70-$85/hour

Are you a proven leader in the Fire Life Safety industry looking to make a major impact? We are seeking an experienced General Manager to drive business growth, lead high-performing teams, and oversee operations for a growing Fire Life & Safety division.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required

Experience Requirements

• 10+ years of Fire Life Safety, Fire Alarm, or Electronic Systems industry experience
• 5+ years of project or operational leadership experience
• Proven experience managing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and business growth
• Previous management experience in a technical Fire Alarm or Life Safety environment
• Experience leading teams, developing talent, and driving operational performance
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Texas

Job Duties

• Lead daily business operations, financial performance, and growth initiatives
• Manage budgets, forecasting, billing cycles, accounts receivable, and project profitability
• Oversee project planning, estimating, procurement, and installation activities
• Build and develop operational and sales teams through hiring, coaching, and mentoring
• Manage customer relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders
• Monitor project risks, schedules, costs, and productivity metrics
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful project execution
• Review project financials and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to travel between office and field locations throughout Texas
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
