Description
Job Overview: In conjunction with the Board of Directors, manage the business of the association to deliver exceptional services and solutions that enhance the value of the property and the lifestyle of the residents.
Compensation: $80k+ annually, based on experience. FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions at a client's property, the salary or wage will also depend on the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Your Responsibilities
- Review monthly financials with the Regional Director and Board when necessary
- Plan, organize, and assist the Board in conducting meetings
- Attend Board of Directors meetings, club, and committee meetings as required
- Oversee and manage a team of on-site associates to ensure exceptional service and efficient operations
- Review incident reports, respond, and implement timely solutions
- Identify, coordinate, and market all community events, programs, and services
- Communicate with residents to address homeowner concerns and assist in dispute resolution
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance requests
- Ensure compliance with laws and community policies
- Manage community budget, capital improvements, financial statements, and vendor invoices
- Oversee maintenance and inspection of building systems for safety and functionality
- Track non-compliance issues and send notices as per policies
- Inspect building and exterior areas and coordinate repairs and maintenance
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient with MS Office
- Excellent listening and conflict resolution skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Collaborative and effective leadership skills
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- CAM or CMCA designation preferred
- 5+ years HOA management experience required
- 5+ years managing teams required
Physical Requirements
- Walking, sitting, and moving throughout the community
- Sitting at a desk and using a computer
Additional Details
Supervisory responsibility: Yes
Work location: Crystal Point Community Association, 1040 E. Osborn Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85014
Work hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm, with some evenings and weekends
Travel requirements: Some local travel with personal vehicle
