Responsibilities:
- Oversee P&L by following cash control, maintaining inventory, scheduling labor, reviewing financials, and taking ownership for results.
- Motivate, train, and develop outstanding team members – building a team that excels in their role and knows our focus is about giving them the resources to grow personally and professionally with ongoing training and leadership development.
- Conduct performance appraisals for team members.
- Prepare your team for success by teaching and training everyday operations.
- Partner with Operations Supervisor for succession planning and talent development.
Qualifications:
- Must have 2+ years of restaurant general manager experience in a 2+ million restaurant.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prior QSR experience is required. McDonald’s experience is a plus, however, not required.
- H.U. graduate.
