Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Set restaurant goals with leadership, create a plan to achieve those goals, and monitor progress.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, setting their individual goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve the departments.
• Assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong, future-ready team.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness across all operational areas.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume quick‑service restaurant locations.
• Background in quick‑service restaurants strongly desired; experience in hospitality or retail is acceptable.
• Must be 18 years or older.
