General Manager — Guest Experience & P&L Leader

Lucky Strike Entertainment seeks a General Manager to own the guest experience, the team, the financials, and the culture of the center, leading from the floor and building a place guests genuinely want to return to.

You will lead operations across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events, with a floor-first leadership presence during peak periods and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
