General Manager – McDonald’s (Franchisee)
About the role
This position is for a General Manager at a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the sole employer for all employment matters.
Responsibilities
- Run a profitable restaurant and maintain McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them in partnership with the leader.
- Lead Department Managers, help them set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve performance.
- Assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a competent team.
Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
- Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail strongly desired.
- Must be 18 years or older.
