General Manager

Overview

General Manager is responsible for leading the store and managing a team that includes a Visual Sales Manager, a Training Manager, and an Operations Manager. The role drives exceptional customer service, business performance, and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Build effective teams and develop talent.
• Drive engagement through collaboration with Area Director and Store Managers.
• Communicate effectively with staff, Area and Regional Directors, and customers.
• Instill trust and ensure accountability.
• Lead by example on the sales floor.
• Improve results by achieving payroll and sales goals.
• Manage payroll expenses and labor plans efficiently.
