General Manager – Popeyes
We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the operation of our restaurants, ensuring outstanding food, service, and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Direct the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention, and financial accountability.
- Deliver the highest quality products and services to each customer.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum six months of Popeyes managerial experience or one year of General Manager experience with another concept, or a recommendation from the current Area Manager.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to calculate and analyze data, interpret Profit and Loss Statements, and demonstrate strong leadership.
- Excellent communication with all levels of staff.
- Computer literate and proficient with relevant software.
