High guest satisfaction and repeat business.2–5+ years of restaurant management experience (fast casual or QSR preferred).
Experience running high-volume shifts ($1M–$3M+ annual volume typical). Proven ability to lead teams and deliver consistent results. Strong work ethic—you're comfortable being on your feet and in the action. Ability to manage both people and numbers.Willing to work nights, weekends, and peak business hours.
