- Competitive pay $50,000 - $70,000 with an additional performance bonus program of up to $1,000.00 monthly

Responsibilities
- Ensure the restaurants meet or exceed operational and budgetary goals, labor, and food costs.
- Ensure restaurants are compliant with McDonald’s and franchise operational and company policies, working effectively and efficiently.
- Help Develop Shift Managers to perform at the highest levels.
- Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Must be able to multi-task and have efficient time management skills.
- Food service and food safety experience required.
- Technology knowledge will need to be efficient – navigating webpages for Franchise duties.
Requirements
- Prefered Minimum of 2+ years in McDonalds restaurant management.
- Hamburger University graduates are preferred.
- Minimum high school graduate preferred.
- Must possess a positive “can do” attitude and be able to solve problems.
- Must be able to work various shifts each day of the week, with open availability and personal transportation.
- Display a friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality – engage with employees, customers, and suppliers.
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods.
- Comfortable and familiar with restaurant technology and applications related to purchasing, scheduling, food safety, customer satisfaction, and restaurant operations. Ability to make our guests feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated.
