General Manager – Franchise

Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants seeks a General Manager to lead the restaurant and drive success. The General Manager is the Restaurant Leader! This position is key to the success of an individual Restaurant. The GM is focused on sales goals, employee performance, and company policies and practices. They use the systems and processes in place to maximize our profits, satisfy our guests, and develop our teams. This position reports to the District Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years management experience
• High school education
• Quick Service Restaurant Experience required
• Valid Driver's License
