Overview
The General Manager is the Restaurant Leader. This position is key to the success of an individual Restaurant. The GM is focused on sales goals, employee performance, and company policies and practices. They use the systems and processes in place to maximize our profits, satisfy our guests, and develop our teams. This position reports to the District Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead all restaurant operations to meet or exceed company standards and financial targets.
- Coach and develop team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and brand guidelines.
- Utilize systems and processes to maximize profits and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the District Manager and restaurant leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of management experience
- High school education
- Quick Service Restaurant experience required
- Valid driver’s license
