General Manager for New Custom Homes New Bern NC

A National leader in the custom home building industry, is looking for a General Manager in New Bern, NC.

An ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of residential construction. Someone will be a great fit if they are from/familiar with the NC area & knows the local vendors/subs/etc to acclimate more quickly to the operations leader.

This company is looking for the right person with “high energy” and strong leadership that will constantly be driving the Construction & Sales processes.

Here is the basic breakdown of their approach to managing all aspects of the branch operations, sales & production for our office clientele & staff.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership (Direct all New Home Sales personnel for branch growth initiatives)
• Production Expertise (New Custom Home Construction oversight & training)
• Administration Excellence (Finance management, Production cost oversight, Sales support staff management)

Operations Management

• Extensive Production Experience on MULTIPLE Ground-Up Custom Homes in order to lead the Construction Management team
• Administration of P&L / Financials & Staff Management
• Sales Management Process for New Home Design & Construction Operations

Compensation: Up to $150k salary range (DOE)

Guaranteed Bonus 1st Year
