Position Responsibilities
- Tigg's PREP Facilitator
- Lead and supervise the daily food service operation.
- Train, and coach, kitchen staff.
- Ensure all meals are prepared and served according to company recipes, quality standards, and schedules.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and security regulations.
- Manage food ordering, inventory, and cost controls.
- Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
- Communicate effectively with facility personnel and company leadership.
- Ensure excellent customer service while maintaining company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience in Correctional or Healthcare food service, institutional dining, or a high-volume kitchen preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a structured correctional environment.
- Ability to read, follow, and enforce standardized recipes and procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- ServSafe Certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to successfully obtain facility security clearance.
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday (Flexibility to work occasional weekends as needed.)
- Availability to work varying shifts between 5:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
