Job Description

Truck Delivery Company in Flint Michigan is looking for a hands‑on General Manager to run daily operations and keep freight moving safely and on time. This position will lead drivers, dispatchers and a warehouse team while managing costs and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across dispatch, warehouse, and delivery.
  • Lead and develop the team.
  • Manage routing, scheduling, and fleet efficiency.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Daily reporting

Requirements

  • 2 years managing a team
