Job Summary
The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring we meet McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The GM works with leadership to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them, leading a team of Department Managers to improve performance across all areas.
Key Responsibilities
• Set and pursue restaurant goals, develop a plan to achieve them.
• Lead and coach Department Managers and Shift Managers, provide guidance to improve departments.
• Hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers.
• Maintain high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and profitability.
Qualifications
• Previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants strongly desired; hospitality or retail experience acceptable.
• Must be 18 years or older.
