What You'll Do
* Hire, train, and inspire a high-performing team
* Deliver outstanding guest experiences every day
* Oversee daily operations using company tools and systems
* Manage inventory and maintain strong supplier relationships
* Monitor store performance, KPIs, and cleanliness standards
* Handle cash management and ensure food safety compliance
* Implement company initiatives and operational programs
* Create and execute local marketing and community engagement efforts
* Recognize and celebrate individual and team achievements
What We're Looking For
* High school diploma required (business or hospitality degree preferred)
* At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience in customer service
* Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Strong Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude
* Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and 8-hour shifts
