What You’ll Do
- Hire, train, and inspire a high-performing team
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences every day
- Oversee daily operations using company tools and systems
- Manage inventory and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Monitor store performance, KPIs, and cleanliness standards
- Handle cash management and ensure food safety compliance
- Implement company initiatives and operational programs
- Create and execute local marketing and community engagement efforts
- Recognize and celebrate individual and team achievements
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma required (business or hospitality degree preferred)
- At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience in customer service
- Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and 8-hour shifts
