General Manager – Dental & Vision Insurance Options

McDonald's is looking for a general manager to oversee the Dental and Vision Insurance Options for our staff.

Responsibilities

• Identify and estimate qualities of food, beverages, and supplies to be ordered, schedule staff work and activities.
• Evaluate health and safety practices against standards and make decisions and solve problems concerning menus and staff.
• Monitor food preparation and cleaning methods, inspect equipment and food deliveries, oversee purchases, menus, staff, and payroll, and set goals for hourly staff.
• Perform administrative activities such as scheduling and budgeting, communicate with customers, sales reps, and suppliers, and maintain daily contact with the General Manager.
• Bring a positive attitude and enthusiasm for hospitality and share it with the team.

Salary

Our salary ranges between $45,000 and $60,000 starting based on experience.
