General Manager
This is an exciting start up for the DC area, trendy fast casual segment with a twist.
We have an immediate need for a General Manager and would also consider a candidate ready for promotion to the General Manager level, someone currently an AGM or Acting General Manager.
Candidates must understand and support a culture of empowerment for all employees. A do what takes attitude above and beyond.
This is a terrific concept, $1.8M - $2.2M annual sales and a fast casual/counter/catering hybrid.
Experience with new unit openings will be a plus although not essential.

Salary/benefits $70K +.
