Job Overview
The General Manager (GM) leads a profitable restaurant, ensuring high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The GM collaborates with corporate leadership to set goals and develop plans to achieve them.
Responsibilities
- Run day‑to‑day operations and maintain high customer service standards.
- Set and achieve restaurant goals in partnership with corporate leadership.
- Lead a team of Department Managers, coaching them to set and meet departmental goals.
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build an effective leadership team.
- Maintain financial responsibility for the restaurant.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of General Manager experience in high‑volume quick‑service restaurants.
- Background in hospitality or retail is strongly desired.
- Must be 18 years or older.
