This on-site, full-time role reports to the CEO and leads a ~150-employee operation with ~65,000 sq. ft. and plans to scale from $25M toward $50M in annual revenue.
The GM will drive operating rhythms, build a capable leadership team, ensure customer commitments, and leverage real-time data to run the business on a daily basis.
