Remuneration: $120,000 - $130,000 + 8% profit share bonus
The role of the General Manager –Cubicles & Washrooms will involve:
- Sales focused General Manager position promoting a manufactured range of visual display products, portioning systems, cubicles and washroom accessories such as: access areas, partition systems, custom cubicles, washroom panelling, lockers, benches, door hardware
- Full P&L reasonability
- Developing & managing a team of 8 headcounts, including 2 sales reps, 2 project managers, 2 installers, warehouse & driver
- Responsible for all sales & operational functions within the Los Angeles branch to maximum profit
- Signing off on all PO’s
- Driving the sales reps targets and strategic growth plans
The ideal applicant will be a General Manager – Cubicles & Washrooms with:
- Must have senior operation or sales experience in the construction industry
- Must have people management experience
- Ideally have division 10 product experience
- Be able to manage full P&L balance sheet
