We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager for an upscale fine‑dining steakhouse in Craig, CO. This vibrant property features a premium menu showcasing the pinnacle of the steakhouse experience, artisanal craft cocktails, and an elevated, inviting atmosphere.

Compensation & Benefits

$80,000 – $105,000 (negotiable) plus a competitive annual bonus, PTO, and more.

Must‑Haves

• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in upscale or fine‑dining restaurant operations.
• Proven track record of managing high‑volume front‑of‑house teams and delivering flawless service.
• Strong expertise in guest relations, wine service, and premium tableside standards.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence with a demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and inspire a diverse service team.
• Advanced financial acumen, including deep experience with labor optimization, beverage cost controls, and full P&L management.
• Polished, professional presence with excellent communication skills for seamless relations with guests, vendors, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations to ensure seamless, high‑touch guest experiences and the execution of elite service.
• Lead, recruit, and develop the floor management team and hourly service staff to cultivate a culture of hospitality excellence.
• Maintain uncompromising standards for food presentation, beverage programs, steps of service, and the ambient dining environment.
• Cultivate strong guest loyalty by actively engaging on the floor, handling feedback gracefully, and managing VIP relations.
• Manage operational budgets, labor models, and prime costs to maximize profitability and hit financial targets.
• Champion the restaurant's identity and brand vision, collaborating closely with the culinary team to perfectly align back‑of‑house execution with front‑of‑house excellence.
