General Manager, U.S. (CPG)A growing, international CPG brand is hiring a U.S. General Manager to own and scale its North American business.
This is a true P&L role, reporting directly to the CEO, with broad autonomy and a mandate to grow revenue, strengthen distributor partnerships, and build out a high-performing commercial team. This is not an operations or plant GM role. The focus is commercial leadership: sales strategy, distributors, retail partnerships, trade spend, forecasting, and execution in a lean environment.
