The result is a bustling taproom that blends craft beer culture with a dynamic dining atmosphere, making it a true neighborhood gathering place and one of the most exciting operations in our portfolio.The RoleYou'll run day-to-day operations, elevate service standards, and develop a strong team culture—while keeping an eye on labor, inventory, and guest satisfaction.Ideal background:2+ years managing a high-volume F&B business ($3-5M annual revenue)People-first leader who coaches, motivates, and holds teams accountableComfortable juggling daily ops with systems/SOP improvementsWhat You'll DoLead floor operations and set the pace for great serviceRecruit, interview, hire, and onboard new team membersTrain, coach, and performance-manage staff to clear standardsMaintain cleanliness, service consistency, and total guest satisfactionSchedule smart, manage labor targets, and keep accurate inventoriesOversee cash handling, deposits, and tip trackingCollaborate on building/redesigning SOPs for efficiencyEnsure compliance with ABC, health, and safety regulationsWhat You BringPassion for hospitality and guest experienceExcellent verbal/written communication skillsKnowledge of draft systems & basic maintenance (preferred)Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentAdaptability in the face of adversity21+ with valid CA Driver's License and clean recordAbility to lift 50+ lbs and stay active on your feetStrong cash-handling/math skillsCOVID-19 vaccination record requiredWorking knowledge of health/sanitation and ABC lawsWhy FieldworkCompetitive Salary Range: $75,000-$90,000Quarterly Bonus PotentialMedical, dental, vision401(k)Opportunity to lead a high-profile taproom for a respected Bay Area brewery
