Job SummaryResponsible for leading your team members in executing "The Levy Difference" in regards to operations, human resources and financials. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, your team members and Home Office Staff. It is imperative that you instill Levy philosophies through all levels of management and promote a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale.OperationsHas strong attention to detailHolds team accountable to steps of service to deliver great guest serviceEnsures team members have the tools necessary to complete their jobsEnsures show quality standards are maintained at all timesBuilds and maintains strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, not-for-profits and Levy Restaurants team membersRegularly obtains feedback from clients and guests to improve operationsSupports and communicates Company initiativesRespond and assist in any departmental guest service issuesDevelops and recommends all menus, promotions and programs in accordance with Levy Restaurants standardsActs as a liaison with team, including partner's operational team, Levy Restaurants team and other areas as needed to ensure efficient operational performanceEnsures that daily walkthroughs are being conducted in both FOH and BOHCreates and executes marketing plan to build salesControlsThoroughly and accurately uses applicable Levy systemsEnsures that all security, safety and sanitation standards are achievedAchieves daily sales and assigned cost goalsAchieves assigned budget goalsEmploys good safety and sanitation practicesFollows and enforces responsible alcohol service policiesOversees execution of required daily reportingOversees completion of required department reports and compiles month end reportingEnsures team members adhere to Levy Restaurants Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbookDevelops budget to deliver profit and service goals, as well as meeting partner expectationsOversees control of all inventories, product cost, cash handling and purchasingTeamUses all performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to teamPromotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and moraleConducts regular scheduled meetings to ensure lines of communication are open between management and team membersInterviews, hires, trains and develops team members according to Levy Restaurants guidelinesDisplays a positive attitude towards team membersMentors department managers to develop their skills and leadership abilitiesJob RequirementsAble to communicate effectively with management team, guests and team members by speaking and comprehending EnglishEnglish reading, writing, math and computer skills requiredAbility to taste and evaluate food and beverage productsMust be able to work extended shifts of 10 hours or more as business dictatesMust be flexible with schedule and able to work different shiftsMust be able to reach, lift, stoop, bend and perform extensive standing and walking (including stairs) throughout shiftAbility to use hands in using office equipment, including the computer systemAbility to talk and hear to conduct phone correspondenceClose vision and focus capabilities to view computer screen and company documentsCurious about Life at Levy?
