General Manager – Commercial HVAC

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the asset management team
• Oversee successful implementation and account management through customer obligations
• Develop and implement execution and account management plans
• Review and present monthly KPIs, customer reports, and account receivables
• Evaluate performance of accounts relative to customer satisfaction and enhance performance as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 10 years of successful and verifiable experience in P+L Management
• Must have experience in managing multiple customers and sites
• 5+ years' experience managing multiple sites of a Region or Customer System
• Knowledge of facilities and asset management practices
• Ability to create additional opportunities for business growth through customer management
• Strong analytical and financial forecasting skills
