General ManagerThe General Manager will serve as a key operational and cultural leader within the organization. This role is responsible for helping guide day-to-day business operations, supporting strategic growth initiatives, overseeing operational performance, and maintaining the people-first culture that has contributed to the company's long-term success.The ideal candidate brings a strong background within the commercial AV integration industry, experience supporting enterprise-level clients, and a leadership style rooted in communication, accountability, adaptability, and team development.
