Duties/Responsibilities
- Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and CFA standards.
- Manages inventory and purchases food and supplies with an eye on quality and cost
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports and other documentation as requested by leadership
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and diplomatic manner
- Willing to be hands‑on in the Front and Back of House
- Organize and oversee Team
- Coach Team Members
- Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines
- Maintain Proper Quality Parameters
- Possess excellent organizational and time management skills
