Salary Range: $62,491-$71,500

Offered salary is determined by role, level, and location. The final offer will be based on the candidate's specific experience and geographic work location.

The Wendy’s General Manager oversees all operations of the Wendy’s restaurant within a quick service restaurant (QSR) in a multi‑concept travel center. This role establishes excellent guest service, brand‑standard execution, and strong financial performance. Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, and developing team members while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. The position operates in a high‑volume setting with peak rush periods that require strong multitasking, active leadership, and a calm, solutions‑focused approach. You are good at

• Operational Excellence: Maintain strict Wendy’s brand standards, product quality, food safety, and overall cleanliness across the front counter, drive‑thru, and kitchen.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff; conduct regular coaching sessions to foster a positive, people‑first working environment.
• Financial Performance: Drive sales and maximize profit by managing labor and food costs, minimizing waste, and enforcing strict inventory and cash controls.
• Guest Experience: Cultivate a "guest‑first" culture that ensures prompt, accurate, and friendly service; resolve customer feedback professionally.
• Administration: Manage product ordering, inventory par levels, shift reconciliations, safe deposits, and regulatory/brand compliance paperwork.

What we expect from you

Great if you Have:

• Minimum of 2 years of General Manager experience in a comparable restaurant brand (required)
• QSR or fast‑casual experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, evolving organization
• Strong leadership skills with a hands‑on, "can‑do" attitude
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Highly collaborative with a strong work ethic
• Guest‑focused, upbeat, and engaging personality
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams
