Studio Manager – The Plunge House® – Charlotte, NC
We are seeking an experienced Studio Manager to oversee sales and operations at our flagship location.

The role offers rapid upward mobility as the company expands. Responsibilities include overseeing overall sales performance, assisting founders with strategic brand development, and ensuring a high‑performance, customer‑focused culture.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience leading a team or membership sales.
- Develop and execute sales training programs.
- Work independently and collaborate with founders.
- Execute a results‑driven, relentless approach to achieving presale goals.
- Operate with urgency to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPI goals.
- Assist in developing brand standards, operation manuals, and SOPs.
- Foster The Plunge House® community and culture inside and outside the facility.
- Develop and execute new member acquisition and retention plans.
- Proactively address hiring needs, identify strengths and gaps, and make hiring decisions.
- Ensure all company‑wide initiatives are executed in the facility.
- Acknowledge team wins and create a culture of recognition.
- Provide in‑the‑moment feedback and coaching to your team.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and development of new hires.
- Be an expert on facility‑specific and company‑wide operational procedures and policies.
- Demonstrate a solution‑oriented mindset and execute within company standards.
- Coach your team on time management and prioritization to meet deadlines.
- Use discretionary judgment to ensure TPH® brand standards are followed and communicated with ROM.
- Ensure facility‑level goals and operating budgets are achieved.
- Perform monthly evaluations of all direct reports and provide mentoring.
- Hold regular evaluations, including one‑on‑one meetings to review performance.
- Plan, attend, and help execute at least one community event per month; ensure the sales team is present.
- Strategize and execute a monthly marketing plan (B2B, guerrilla marketing, community events, brand awareness, partnerships, sponsorships, etc.).
- Ensure the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service.
- Resolve conflict effectively.
- Engage and monitor internal communication.
- Proficiency with computers and studio software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, 2 years of management experience.
- Experience in the health and fitness industry (preferred).
- Experience in customer service/hospitality (preferred).
- Self‑motivated, driven sales professional with excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to give training presentations to small groups; prior training/mentoring experience.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office and basic software).
- Compliance with the TPH® Brand.
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary $50,000‑$60,000 + bonus opportunity.
