Responsibilities:

• Manage successful restaurant operations creating positive guest and team experiences
• Accountable for maintaining restaurant staffing and creating a low-turnover environment
• Passion for training, managing, and developing an outstanding team at all levels
• Maintain positive financial results through sales growth and cost management
• Financial management, reporting, communication, banking
• Crisis management and guest resolution
• Professional communication and dissemination of information to the team
• Oversee food safety, quality assurance, checklists, and temperature checks
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and equipment
• Execute and enforce all company standards, policies, and procedures
• Full understanding and execution of government food safety requirements achieve high health inspection scores
