Responsibilities
- Lead the restaurant experience: manage food production, guest service, crew and manager work.
- People processes: recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management, coaching.
- Business decisions: inventory, budget, food ordering and costs.
- Food safety and quality standards.
- Guest and employee safety and operational excellence.
