Join us in making a real difference in the health of our community.Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our outpatient cardiology clinic in the Bronx. The General Manager will ensure high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and effective team management. This leadership role will be pivotal in fostering a culture of excellence, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.ResponsibilitiesDirect supervision of Medical Assistants and Receptionists Oversee medical assistant/provider assignmentsOversee recruitment, training, and corrective actionProvide guidance, mentorship, and performance improvementManage staffing coverage at sitesDirect supervision and ownership of provider schedules Optimize slot utilization KPIIdentify areas of opportunity to enhance schedule workflow efficienciesIdentify opportunities to improve patient accessProvide management and support to site expansion efforts Medical and office supply order and maintenanceEnsure proper staffing for new provider onboardingFacilitate payroll for medical assistants and receptionistsQualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (required).

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of healthcare management experience, preferably in an outpatient or cardiology setting.Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of cardiology services, clinical workflows, and healthcare regulations.
