General Manager
Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 + performance-based bonus

The General Manager will oversee all daily operations, aligning with the owner's goals while delivering exceptional guest services and fostering top‑tier team performance. This role will involve collaborating closely with the leadership team based in Santa Monica for guidance and support.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all hotel departments, ensuring alignment with our objectives
- Develop and oversee guest service initiatives to provide outstanding guest experiences
- Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff members
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and achieving financial goals
- Ensure proper inventory management and uphold high standards for guest rooms
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years in hotel management (required)
- Minimum of 5+ years working in boutique or luxury hotel settings (required)
- Minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role within a 3-5 star or boutique hotel
- Proven leadership ability with an entrepreneurial approach
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Strong, verifiable professional references
