This individual will oversee all aspects of the business, including housekeeping, maintenance, guest services, homeowner services, and administration, while serving as a key partner to ownership.

Location / Schedule
On‑site. Must be operationally available during peak regional seasons, including weekends and holidays, while building sustainable structures that protect team time off.
Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day operations for a portfolio of 200–500+ vacation rental homes throughout Northwest Arkansas.
- Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, guest services, homeowner services, and administrative functions.
- Develop and implement systems and processes that improve efficiency and profitability.
- Manage local employees, offshore teams, and vendor partners while fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence.
- Monitor budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Support growth initiatives and help execute the company's long‑term vision.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of leadership experience within vacation rental management, hospitality, or property operations.
- Experience managing portfolios of 200–500+ vacation rental homes, preferably large single‑family residences.
- Deep expertise in maintenance, housekeeping, and homeowner services operations.
- Experience managing a combination of employees, contractors, vendors, and offshore teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasting.
- Proven ability to lead in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous General Manager, Vice President, Director of Operations, or Chief Operating Officer experience.
- Exposure to sales, marketing, and revenue management functions.
- Bachelor's degree.
