We are hiring general managers to work in our new and existing clubs within one of the fastest‑growing fitness franchises, Workout Anytime! Workout Anytime 24/7 has earned a spot on Entrepreneur’s prestigious list of top 500 Franchises for 2024.
We seek General Manager candidates who understand and are passionate about helping members and potential members explore and find the best wellness features to benefit them in their health and wellness journey.

Responsibilities
- Generate at least 50% of club tours through member referrals, marketing, and community outreach to achieve new member enrollment goals.
- Convert at least 70% of incoming telephone inquiries to appointments for club tours.
- Enroll at least 80% of all touring prospects.
- Schedule at least 60% of all new members for a Complimentary Success Session with appropriate Fitness Department staff.
- Enter all prospect/guest information into the club management software system and complete required tracking forms and processes.
- Ensure the club is maintained immaculately.
- Oversee the retention strategy and systems.
Qualifications
- Consistently generate new club memberships by contacting leads from marketing activities, generating referral leads, and engaging club tours for walk‑ins.
- Identify potential members’ needs quickly and use solution‑selling techniques to build value in club amenities and services.
- Excel in a competitive sales position while maintaining a cohesive team environment.
- Meet challenging monthly quotas and demonstrate production excellence within 30 days of starting.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks, including club cleanliness.
- Train others to excel in membership sales and referrals.
Pay and Bonuses
Pay for the General Manager starts at $1,300 per bi‑weekly pay. Monthly bonuses range from $250 to $1,200. Unlimited commissions for all sales.
