General Manager

We’re looking for a driven and resourceful General Manager to lead business operations, optimize the team's performance, and execute company vision. If you’re someone who blends big-picture thinking with boots-on-the-ground action, you’ll thrive in this leadership role.

• Collaborate with ownership/executive team on strategic planning and reporting
• Implement strategies to optimize efficiency, increase profitability, and elevate the customer experience
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments
• Set clear goals, track performance, and hold teams accountable to high standards
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management efforts
• Proficient in operational tools, systems, and performance metrics
• Proven experience in a management or leadership role
• Understands how to read financials and use them to drive smart decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

$105,000 - $115,000
