We are seeking a professional with a strong background in healthcare dining services, process improvement, and polished communication skills.Background must include cafe operations, retail, patient dining, coffee shop operations, client relations, and staff management.Must be comfortable with technology to include digital ordering and inventory systems, digital menus, all office equipment, and software to include Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for a rock star Food Service Director/GM who shares our passion for food and service. Experience desired in a contract dining food service setting such as hospital, school, college, senior living, or corporate dining accounts.The Food Service Director/GM has an overall responsibility of food service. He/she institutes company cycle menus and recipes; plans and oversees purchasing, employee personnel programs, scheduling, bookkeeping, customer and client relations; oversees the food preparation service and sanitation; and is accountable for the total operation results.
